HavenKey India Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HavenKey (havenkey.in), our web portal, or connecting with our partner advisors, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service under the laws of India and applicable jurisdiction in New Delhi / Lucknow.
2. RERA Compliance & Listing Information
All property listings that are subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) must clearly display valid state RERA registration numbers (e.g. UP RERA, MahaRERA, K-RERA). While HavenKey verifies project data against public registry records, buyers are encouraged to perform independent title deed and encumbrance certificate (EC) due diligence prior to token payments.
3. Transparent Indian Pricing & Stamp Duty
All property prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹). Displayed amounts exclude applicable state stamp duty, registration charges, GST (if applicable on under-construction units), and society maintenance deposits unless expressly indicated.
HavenKey Privacy Policy (DPDP Act 2023)
1. Information We Collect
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), we collect your name, email address, mobile number (+91), preferred Indian city, and property criteria solely for facilitating property enquiries, visit scheduling, and personalized home alerts.
2. Data Security & Direct Connect
Your contact information is shared only with verified owners or certified RERA advisors whose listings you explicitly enquire about or schedule a visit for. We do not sell user data to unsolicited telemarketers.

HavenKey utilizes browser cookies and local storage solely to retain your favorite shortlisted properties, recent searches, compare tray items, and authentication session on your device.
